Business owner Jeff Jones is a regular attendee at Queensland Raceway at Ipswich and Lakeside Raceway.
Locally, Jeff has been victorious, winning the 2007 Gemini Championship at Queensland Raceway. In 2008 Jeff upgraded to a new VN Commodore saloon car and placed third in the last round at both Queensland Raceway and again at Lakeside Raceway.
You’ll also find Jeff in the instructors seat at Queensland Raceway’s V8 Race Experience when time permits. Jeff was instrumental in the formation of the experience for Queensland Raceway.
Jeff's passion and enthusiasm for the sport is infectious and says, "The best part of building the product and seeing it flourish was to then be able to invite the kids from 'Zoes Place' and the 'Make A Wish Foundation' for hot laps or drives. Both these organisations look after kids with terminal illnesses and their families. "It's great to be able to spend time helping out such worthwhile causes, while introducing new people to an exciting, adrenalin rushing activity".
Cancer Awareness / Fundraising
Jan Jones Real Estate proudly supports Peninsula Animal Aid, looking after the welfare of local animals.
Jan Jones Real Estate is also staunch supporter (since 2005) of the local cancer support group, "Walk for Cancer".
Jan also provides active support for the local breast cancer awareness group, raising awareness and funds for national breast cancer research initiatives.
