Just a short note of thanks. Jan, your appraisal and sale of our property in one week was wonderful. We knew the value of our property as our friend is an agent in another area and he suggested we call you.From day one you were the only agent to be upfront with everything from price to marketing plan. Other agents quotes were simply ridiculous and most prices were high just to get us to list with them. Don't change Jan. You're fantastic to deal with.
